ModelBuilder runs in Edit mode only

I am having trouble running a model.  It will only run in edit mode if I just open the model and click run it crashes every time.

The are No Parameters and still it crashes, and says it does not like the parameters (again no parameters).  If I open the same tool in edit mode, it runs just fine.

The model has at least one tool though and it one or both of the tools doesn't have correct parameters.  The first error means that an expression is needed and hasn't been provided or saved with the tool and the other requires an input table.  Perhaps showing your model in its validated and saved state might help.
