Arcgis Server Implementation without Enterprise License

Question

Hello everyone, we hope you are doing great !

We need support to install and implement Arcgis server. At the moment we have an ArcGis Advanced License and we are discovering the possibilities and ways to add value to our business with GIS technology. Our intention is to be able to host maps and feature layers that can be shared in Arcgis Online, including Joins and Relates with our database  tables or local txt files. (MySQL or PostgreSQL).  We want to know if that's possible with ArcGIS Server without an Arcgis Enterprise License.  Please we really appreciate if you answer this questions for us:
1.- Indicate the modules and versions to install (Harvester and/or Catalog) and their configurations in Linux environments.

2.- Documentation for integration with ArcGis and operation in general.

3.- Information about the compatibility and the possible impact  Arcgis Server implementation could have on the solutions we already have designed at Arcgis Online. (Apps, Dashboards, Web Maps, etc) Best Regards.

Can we get an ArcGIS Server with our ArcGIS Advanced License, or do we need an enterprise license ?

You can't use ArcGIS Server without a license.

You can't enable an enterprise geodatabase in PostgreSQL without a Server license.

You can't use MySQL as an enterprise geodatabase (even with a license)

You can use PostgreSQL/PostGIS with Desktop (ArcMap/Pro) without a Server license, but you can't do editing or UpdateCursor or any geodatabase functionality (you can upload new tables, insert to existing tables, and query tables, plus issue SQL in ArcPy, but that's about it).

All the documentation is online and in the software install.

Portal is the Enterprise component that correlates to AGOL, though there are compatibility issues, since AGOL sees updates/new functionality before it is ported to Portal.
