Anyone else having issues with feature services in AGOL that are in a different projection than the base map?

We are seeing issues with UTM and Lambert on AGOL maps when data is stored as a feature service in AGOL. We believe it started late last week or over the weekend. I have a ticket open with ESRI and they said there are issues with projections. funny thing is the map will work perfectly for a few minutes then stop working for a bit.
