I work LAS processing on Pro 283 & have 100+ tiles, to generate DEM & DSM Pro missed Batch Processing "Make LAS Dataset Layer” Is this real? I have advanced user license. Err screenshot uploaded.

Right-click the tool and select Batch. If the Batch command is disabled the tool does not support batch mode.
This is very similar to the error message you are provided in the png.
