why are labels not showing up on the map when I zoom out even if I take into consideration to set ( in and out beyond on appearance ribbon) to none?
If I zoom in everything works correctly
Is there a Visibility Range set in your Feature Layer->Labeling tab? If so, change that to None as well. What is the result?
