High Res World Imagery blank on one side of dataframe.

One of my users is having problems with one side of the dataframe being blank in an Arcmap layout when she zooms in to a scale of about 200 or less. 

• Part of the World Imagery basemap loads on the left side, but it goes into indefinite loading mode and the right side of the dataframe is blank.
• It only happens in layout view.
• It only happens on her computer. I can see it fine on my computer.
• It happens no matter what her location is.
• We've cleared her cache.
• She's signed in to her account through ArcMap.

Any thoughts?
