Add land cover data to a location

Question

Hi folks,

I have thousands of data points where I have to add the summarized land cover for 1km buffer from each point. At the end I would like to have a new feature with ID from point layer and the percentage of each land use type from land cover data.

Is there any short way to do it?

Could you provide more details and screenshots if possible, showing the exact situation and what you expect to solve?

in what format is your land cover data.  Is it contained in the 1 km buffer, i.e. are the attributes in the buffer
