Authorize Named User in License Manager with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal

I have trouble authorizing named users in the license manager. it always gives me "MAC Address not match", when I check its stored identities, there are both wrong MAC Address and IP addresses (as shown below), how can I fix it or correct it?
