Add heading to legend

Hey, I am using ArcMap 10_8_1 and have an issue with adding a heading to a specific layer for my legend. I have attached the below screenshots. I have a layer called 'protected areas' and under the symbology tab they are set to features, single symbol. I need to keep it this way as if I change them to categories, each individual area within that habitat type shows up, which is not what I want. I just want a single display to show the areas which fall within each heading for e.g. 'Special Area of Conservation'. Is there a way I can retain this and also add a heading to the legend with 'Protected areas' or something similar?
