ArcGIS Pro stopped working, when clicking on the start menu shortcut it loads the loading window and then closes.
Whenever I see strange things occuring like this in ArcGIS Pro, I rename the ESRI folder to ESRI_OLD. Both of these folders are in your C:\Users\<user_profile>\AppData\Roaming and C:\Users\<user_profile>\AppData\Local directories. After renaming the folders, what is the result? Please advise.
