I am looking to put a star on a taxlot of interest on a County Parcel Map (Initially coming in as a PDF). We want to georeference/host the county parcel maps. The start of the project would have a little over 45,000 PDF’s or Tif’s. Originally I thought we could have these in a MXD with a taxlot point layer but with that many it would be too much. Once the County Parcel Map is in place we would need to replace updated maps. I can figure out what maps to change out by doing change detection on the taxlot layer. I do have a layer with the web link to the County Parcel Maps. Is there a different avenue I can go down to get this completed?
