Can arcpy identify MXD DataFrame annotation groups

Can arcpy be used to determine if an MXD (v10.8.1) Data Frame has one or more Annotation Groups that are not the Default group?

That is, can I test for the existence of this with arcpy?

This doc doesn't list any Data Frame Annotation Group properties:
