Using the same online map, in Android I see the layers with annotations but in an Ipad (IOS), no.

Do you have the labels set to show up at a certain zoom level? Because the iOS is a tablet, you might have to zoom in closer to see them.
Thanks for your support @DavidForbuss1 , but yes, I the layers are setup to show up at a certain zoom level, but even zooming out and in, nothing appears.
Hmm that's frustrating. One thing you could try is building a brand new map and re-adding the datasets to it. Maybe even try it in the beta MapViewer. I had some trouble in earlier versions of iOS showing labels that had halos on them, so I had to turn the halo effects off. What version of iOS are you using?

Sadly, I cannot create a new map, I have a enormous amount of formulas and calculations in the already created map (online featureclases), I would need to copy-paste everything in the new map.
By the way, I am using: IOS Version: 15.1
*But I know that the field workers have another versions, I should test in their devices.
