I have a Survey123 form embedded in my hub site. When accessing it on a mobile device the whole page gets zoomed in when I click on a form input. See this video: https://imgur.com/TorDaeR. Any ideas how to prevent this?
Hi @Anonymous User - many mobile operating systems will auto-zoom on input fields which have font sizes below 16px.
Please see if this same behavior observes outside a Hub site by viewing the survey directly on a mobile device or embedding it elsewhere. Depending on your findings, the following next steps are recommended:
