I need to create a series of buffers (1km, 5km, 10km) around different point features for a map showing distance to airports in a region. Is it possible to create a line that runs along the radius of the buffers showing the distance?
Using ArcGIS Pro Intelligence, I used the Direction and Distance command to create 1, 5, and 10 km buffers around a selected airport. Then used the Contour label placement option with downhill label alignment to get what you see below. Is this what you're attempting to create?
not sure, but a Multiring Buffer as polyline with labels at the midpoint of the feature comes to mind
