Situational Awareness Report Widget - Add Tab Button is not working

Question

Hello,

I am using web app builder and in there, I am using Situational Awareness Report Widget. Recently, I can't use Add Tab button to add my layers for running the widget. it worked before. I tried Web App Builder in our Portal and also set up a Web App Builder Developer Edition hoping that the issue will go away. But no, I still can't use the button.

I have solved this problem as well.   I tried changing the position of the Situation Awareness widget from the first position. to another position can solve this problem.

Yes, I removed all raster layers from the map and now it works again.
