Workflow for converting NASA Blue marble image so that it is editable in ArcGIS Pro

Hi All,

I was wondering if there was a workflow in ArcGIS Pro so that one could upload and use NASA's Blue Marble images (https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/2915) ( Plate Carrere coordinate system) and reproject them into another coordinate system such as Robinson. I hope to use the imagery as a base map in ArcGIS Pro and add layers along with editable content.

I would try "project raster" tool in ArcGIS Pro.
