I want to integrate arcgis pro desktop tools in my web application

I want to draw a polygon on the map, and clip/crop the map in the polygon in tiff to capture full details of the cropped map (so it does not blur when zoomed in) and use ML model to detect objects on the cropped map like cars etc for a react web app.

I want to make a service using Arcgis and React Js as my front end.

I initially used Mapbox Js libraries and integrated them in React Application. I want user to draw any pattern on the map and later that drawn shape will be saved as a TIFF File which will be sent to my OpenCV(django) for deep learning.

Mapbox failed to provide me TIFF file so thats why I want to confirm if this implementation is possible in arcgis.

I want to confirm this before buying ARCGIS enterprise.
