Arcade read attachments located in specific folders

Hello everyone,

From a WebMap, I am looking for a way to show attachments in Popups located in a folder instead of a related table.

Something similar to:

https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-blog/show-attachments-in-pop-ups-with-arcade/ba-p/890588

but instead of opening a file, I want to open a folder.

In ArcMap I just store the path of the file and it opens:

file:///\\[server]\[Folder]\[ProjectINumber]
