Finding a central drive-time point for a layer of point features

Question

I have a layer with about 40 points and I am trying to determine the single point that is the equal driving distance between all of these locations.  I am stumped on what tool(s) to use to determine how to find this central point.  I have access to Desktop 10.8 and ArcGIS Pro with extensions for Network Analyst, Business Analyst, and Geostatistical Analyst.

Just to give you some idea of tools that could be of use, look at Location-Allocation solver in Network Analyst. It can find a place that minimizes overall travel times to multiple locations. For example if you are trying to build a warehouse to service some warehouses.

I think you need to describe what your goal is for this analysis as finding a point that is equal distant to 40 other points may not be possible. Just try to visualize where this point would be located and you will realize that there is no solution.
