How to open a Web AppBuilder application or WebMap at a specific location

Good morning everyone,

Is there a way to open a WebApp Builder  at a specific location, for example at a specific project number?

I would like to build an URL similar to this one :

https://[ArcGIsPorta]/arcgis/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=6151a1a2d0224989bbe1f46459429132&PROJECTID=12345

where ProjectID is the parameter used to get the project requested.
