How to copy Projection Engine database (pedb) files from ArcGIS Pro?

Is there a way to extract/copy the entire PE factory objects in objedit format (csv-no-macros)? I can see the projection engine documentation and factory objects in various formats on the GitHub page Esri/projection-engine-db-doc. But the public repository has objedit format for the latest ArcGIS Pro (2.9) with macros but I want the files with csv-no-macros. Also, how to extract these files in objedit format with no-macros for the older version of ArcGIS Pro?
