Call to the white rest service

Hello
when I call a hosted rest service, a blank page appears, from the Browser debug the answer is 200

I have checked both the Datastore from the Server Manager and from the command line and everything seems to be ok

After making some updates, the service is available again.
who knows what Update the error is about

Can you try going <service-url>?f=json and see what it returns?
