Can I not use the construct polygons tool on the Advanced Editing toolbar in Model Builder?

In Arc Pro 2.5 or 2.8, and in ArcInfo 10.5 I can not add the Construct polygons Advanced Editing tool into my Model Builder. I want to use this tool across a whole layer. Is there not a way to use editing tools in Model builder? Or do I have to piece this together by using other tools?

modelbuilder uses tools from arctoolbox and not tools from toolbars etc that may be available.

This was a chunky boi to get to work in Alteryx and I'd much rather stick to arc pro since it doesn't return any artifacts in the output like my Alteryx method did. I'd hate to have to piece and part together other tools in order to get the same result as running the one Construct polygons tool.
