The teaching slides are currently hosted on VitalSource, our e-book vendor. Once the book has been added to a bookshelf the supplemental materials become available.
We have a blog with the step on how to do that here.

With your link I was able to locate the lecture slides. Where would I locate the lecture videos, which are listed as a resource in the book's preface?Thanks,Brad

The videos for the 2.8 edition are still under development, but the videos from the 2.6 edition of the book may work as a temporary stand-in. Link here.
