Workforce Not Showing In Launcher App

Question

Hello Community.

i have ArcGIS enterprise 10.6.1 installed on vm's i have installed workforce on portal and its loading very well

but the problem is the icon for workforce is not showing in the launcher app i have edited the config file as mentioned in ArcGIS help files and still not showing as shown in the pictures

is there a custom modification that can be done in the header to show it

I apologize @ITGroups1  but I don't have any other suggestions besides redoing the steps to see if it helps.

hello @CraigGillgrass  i have done all these steps and it didn't work at all I remember last time before reinstalling the whole server i have edited html files but I don't remember where

Have you followed the exact steps outlined here.

* Using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 or later—Set the showInAppLauncher property in the portal's configuration file to include Workforce for ArcGIS.

I'd suggest also confirming you've gone through all the steps under:
