Caching a hub site

I am building a hub site and each time I navigate to a new tab, the tab refreshes. My tabs typically consist of an embedded iframe linking to a Web AppBuilder app. Wondering if its possible to cache the tabs as you can in Map Series Builder, I'm suspecting it might be possible using the header HTML configuration.
