regarding Arcgis Reverse Geocoding API.

This question is regarding Arcgis Reverse Geocoding API.

The following API gives me the response.
http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/reverseGeocode?f=pjson&featureTypes=&location=-43.23370,-22.99234&langCode=EN

But this one doesn't. I have just changed the latitude and longitude coordinates

http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/reverseGeocode?f=pjson&featureTypes=&location=28.457840,77.073307&langCode=EN

I need help on this. Thanks
