Hi. I am the administrator for my organization's ArcGIS Online. I also have an advanced user type. I have assigned myself a license for Essential Apps which through our Developer Subscription should give me access to ArcGIS Hub Basic. But when I use the App Switcher in ArcGIS Online Hub is not an option. This training video says I need Publisher, but I thought with the Administrator role I would inherit all permissions for Publisher too.
After 12 hours it suddenly appeared.
