GPS Positions in 10.2

GPS positions in ArcGIS Mobile 10.2 are markedly different from those in 10.0 on the same machine.They can be up to 200m out. They are far more accurate in 10.0. Anyone have any ideas why?

I'm using exactly the same map documents for each version and they are all in British National Grid as that is what all my basemaps are in.

May be it is because of GPS's coordinate system and you should prepare your mxd's transformation same as GPS system. It is mostly WGS84. You can try your map documents coordinate system>transformation as WGS84.
