i want to know how to read S67 ENC in .net platform? i successfully read S57 ENC but dont know how to load S67 ENC
Did you mean S63? Access to S-63 encrypted ENC data in Runtime is only available through .NET on Windows at the moment. An S-63 extension is available upon request - see details here:https://developers.arcgis.com/net/layers/display-electronic-navigational-charts/#access-encrypted-encs
