Layer geometry\drawing not rendering correctly in AGO

Does anyone have any insight or experience with a feature layer in AGO not displaying\publishing correctly. It looks like the data becomes corrupt. I have tried repairing geometry in Pro. I have tried removing and adding back to the map. I have republished 5 times with the same results.
