Where can i find the "Has live data" property within the arcpy library for sharing a web layer?

i am trying to automate the publishing of web layers for multidimensional data. When manually sharing it through ArcGIS Pro, i check "Reference data store" and "has live Data" in configuration pane under "Share Web Layer" Window. How can i program it using arcpy?
