Hub Gallery not showing even though publicly shared

I have created a hub that has 2 galleries on the main page with links to sub pages. I have done this several times with other sites. When I share the link with my customer they cannot see the cards. All the apps and pages are publicly shared so I have no idea why they disappear when anyone opens the site link: https://environmental-equity-meckgov.hub.arcgis.com/ This is a DRAFT site btw. What they see is the header and iframe maps but no gallery cards.
