I would like to know how the weight is being calculated inside the suitability modeler, The input is decimal number. how this is being represented in % in scale from 1 to 100

however, it is common to use the 0 to 1 scale which you can translate to a 0 to 100% if you need to
weighting parameters relative to one another is discussed here
