How to open .mpkx from ArcGIS Online. Not using ArcGIS Pro?

Question

I have for example Scene1.MPKX file that I would like share with others using ARCGIS Online.  I don't want to use ARCGIS Pro to display it.

Is there a way to export this file using ArcGIS pro to a format that can be browsed using ArcGIS online?  I would like to maintain the 3D display and some functions capabilities, like rotate, zoom, measure.

Extract the package file in ArcGIS Pro (in you don't already have the extracted layers), and share it as a web scene.
