Can't exit design mode because control button control can not be created

MAMDOUHZALAKY

After i create a UIButton Control by VBA and use it i received this error message "Can't exit design mode because control 'UIButton Control' can not be created". Why do I receive this message ? and what is the solution or workaround? Iam using ArcGIS desktop version 10.8
