Hi,
Is there a way to transfer my Experience Application to another computer so my work can inherit my work? I am looking for ways to give my application to my co-worker who is using another computer.

Yup - See the upgrade section (https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/upgrade/)
It's basically the same concepts as you need to move specific files <install folder>/server/public/apps/<appId> and ensure that any/all of the custom widgets are there.
