If you are a student and your institute is having an academic ArcMap license and it's under maintenance period, you can opt for ArcGIS Pro free of cost. You can use your institute end-user number and dropped a mail to esri customer care.

In case you want a longer duration subscription, you could opt for an ArcGIS for Personal Use License (non-commercial). It would be available for 1 year. Costs USD 100.
