Insight 2021.1 and JDBC Oracle

I'm trying to load Oracle JDBC files in insight but every time I get "This folder does not contain the required JDBC Driver"

The installation is an ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 with Insight 2021.1

I am following the following instructions https://doc.arcgis.com/en/insights/latest/administer/vendor-files.htm

here are the steps I take

 

1. I go to the following site https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/maven-central-guide.html 
2. I download the following file https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/oracle/database/jdbc/ojdbc10/19.7.0.0/ojdbc10-19.7.0.0.jar
3. I create a zip with only the jar file inside it
4. I connect to the Insight site https://fqdn/portal/apps/insights/index.html#/
5. I go to setting, connector types, from the drop-down menu I select Oracle
6. Upload zip file

I was able to import the jdbc into Insight.

for those who need it, in the attachment you can find the file I used.

is tested and working with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 and Oracle.
