Hi, I'm trying to save my story for a school project. I clicked save but it's stuck in loading. Is there anyway I can get it to save without losing it? I have to turn it in today for class. I don't want to lose my project.
@ColeBoyd -- I'm sorry you had an issue saving your story. It sounds like you are using one of the classic story map templates since the new ArcGIS StoryMaps doesn't have a save button.
That message typically only appears if there is a problem with your internet connection. If the problem persists even with a network connection that is working well for other pages, please contact Esri Support for further assistance.
