Production Editing Toolbar and Production Feature Builder

I am using ArcGIS 10.1 and I want to create a simple polygon. I did not see the production feature builder toolbar when I pointed to customize and toolbars. What can I do to have these toolbars thus the Production Editing toolbar and the Production Feature Builder

Do you have Production Mapping extension? If so, maybe it's just not enabled. See extensions. 🙂
