With regards to the DevSummit 2021 discussion of the removal of the ArcMap-based runtime from ArcGIS Enterprise, there were slides discussing that MapServers using SOE and SOI would be affected, and I wanted some clarification on if that meant all SOE and SOI, as there are capabilities of the Enterprise SDK that work only with services published from ArcGIS Pro, such as the Utility Network Tracing SOE example here https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-enterprise-sdk-resources/tree/master/Samples/dot%20net/SOE/UNTracingRESTSOE.
Will SOE written using the Enterprise SDK like the sample above be affected by the 2022 releases without the ArcMap-based runtime, or are those SOE intended to work largely as-is with releases past 2021?
