Joana

Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for your reply.
The problem has solved itself. I am not able to actually see and use the enhancement tools in the exercise. Maybe there was a setting that was blocking the tools.
Thanks for looking into it though.
Best wishes,
Joana
Hi Joana, can you confirm you are taking the ArcGIS Pro 2.7 version of the course? There are multiple course versions available.
Hi Suzanne-Boden,
Yes, I am taking the version for ArcGIS Pro 2.7.I am mostly confused why the enhacement tool is also not availabe when I open any of my other projects.
Best,
Hi Joana, apologies for the delayed response. Our team (and myself) have tested the exercises and can't replicate your issue. The course requires a Standard or Advanced license of ArcGIS Pro. Could you confirm you have the supported license?
I am having this same issue while trying to complete the same course. I am using ArcGIS Pro version 3.2.2 with the course developed for version 3.2.
Hi @EmilyRund , for the fastest resolution, please submit this as an issue inside the course (use the Help link in the top-right banner).
Hi there,
I can not get the Enhancement sliders to appear when I work in ArcGIS Pro 3.3. I enter the Raster Layer tab and the Enhancement group is empty. Doesn't matter if I turn on/off computer, software, change project, change data, etc.
I did upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.3 yesterday which also involved updating to MS Net Desktop Runtime x64 8.0. A student of mine who did the same is also encountering the exact issue.
How do I fix this? I'm not in a tutorial with a "help" link.
Thanks,
Cathy
Hi Cathy - whenver I do an update to ArcGIS Pro - such as the 3.3 update - I find it useful to do a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro to set it back to factory defaults. You can learn more about this here.
