Is there a way to report the area of a polygon in Print Widget?

I was wondering how can I add the area of a polygon as a dynamic text to the print widget for the Web app builder?

There's only the "Show area measurement" option in the draw tool.  Not a way to make it do it without the user clicking the option "on" before drawing the polygon.  ...wish there was, but haven't found a solution at this time...

I am also curious about this. We measure roof area, and this would be an excellent feature.
