ModelBuilder - Clip - discard

is there any solution for workaround in ArcMap with Basic license for Clip - discard in ModelBuilder?

If you mean a workaround for the Cut or Erase tool without the required license, there's a workflow listed here - How To: Remove overlapping areas of a polygon without using the Erase tool (esri.com)

As to modelbuilder, I'd test this workflow then chain it to your model,  also recommend you utilise the in_memory workspace or scratch GDB to reduce intermediate data creation.
