Failed to calculate panel reflectance factor with Ortho mapping workspace - micasense sensor

Hi,

I have problem to calculate panel reflectance factor for multispectral pictures from Micasense sensor. When I am doing it a message appears " Failed to compute reflectance factor". My ArcGis verison is 2.7.2 with advanced license. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong ?
