How to use security document(.csv) in ArcGIS Pro

In my company, the document security program is automatically applied when writing document(.csv, .xlsx).

When the pre-processed csv data is imported from the ArcGIS Pro, the table data disappears except "scdsa004" field. 

I already know that "scdsa004" is related to the document security program.

Is there any way to importsecurity documents?

same place of employment?  Perhaps talk to the IT department and find out if the restrictions on file use apply to a variety of file types, all types or types originating from particular applications
