I have a question can you confirm this update on Aug 20 2020 incorporate it into the layer or update the data? Layer title: USA Soils Available Water Storage Layer Wbsite: https://landscape11.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Soils_Available_Water_Storage/ImageServer

Also same a question can you confirm me about this update on Dec 18 2019 incorporate into the layer or adding the new rainfall data?
