Access encrypted ENC datasets (IHO S-63)

I have a requirement where i need to give the user options to add ENC charts in S-63 formats in ArcGIS Runtime for .Net.   pls help me.

Hi Siva,

Access to S-63 encrypted ENC data in Runtime is only available through .NET - WPF at the moment.   An S-63 extension is available upon request - see details here: https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/guide/display-electronic-navigational-charts.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_340A28CCFAD4414989F671FF202C85C0
